I'm guessing Thunderbird is Windows-only.

I'm on a Mac and still use Eudora. It lets me quote selectively, and
I like its spam filter.

Thunderbird is available (free!) for Windows, OSX and Linux:

Thunderbird runs on macs and linux too.
