VueScan should work fine with both the LS-4000 and the LS-8000 connected to the same computer. I don't think you can run the two together on one PC. Try running each scanner on it's own (with only one connected at a time) to verify. hmmm... anyone else? tim a Unsubscribe by mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], with 'unsubscribe filmscanners' or 'unsubscribe filmscanners_digest' (as appropriate) in the message title or body

How about right from the horses mouth? From the Nikonscan readme file: 2.6. Multiple scanners This version of NikonScan 3 does not support multiple scanners. Please connect only one Nikon scanner at any one time to the computer. - Original Message - From: Tim Atherton [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, January 13, 2002 12:38 PM Subject: [filmscanners] RE: LS 4000/8000 firewire connection I don't think you can run the two together on one PC.
