Re: filmscanners: VueScan 7.2.1 Available

2001-11-05 Thread Andrea de Polo

Hello Ed,

I use also the Microtek 5 wizard software and SilverFast 5.5; maybe is one of them who
create conflict? Is Vuescan running and needs special extensions? Do I need to keep
loaded specific Microtek extensions as well? OR Vuescan can also operate without
almost any extension?

This will help me to narrow down the problem;
Thanks! Andrea

There's probably a Microtek extension you need to remove.

filmscanners: VueScan 7.2.1 Available

2001-11-02 Thread EdHamrick

I just releaded VueScan 7.2.1 for Windows, Mac OS 8/9/X
and Linux. It can be downloaded from:

  http://www.hamrick.com/vsm.html

What's new in version 7.2.1

  * Added support for CCD exposure time on Canon FS4000
(integer from 1 to 6), enabling Device|Auto exposure
and Device|Long exposure pass

  * Improved speed of multi-pass multi-scanning on scanners
with two pass infrared scanning (FS4000 and ScanWit 2740S)
by only doing one infrared pass

Ed Hamrick
