There are a couple of ways to accomplish this -- one is to simply put 
the coda on the same system as the measure which has the D.S. on it and 
for a measure or two between those apply a blank staff style so that 
nothing shows for that measure or measures, then aligning things is easy.

Another way is to create the staff with the D.S. and on the next staff 
create the coda.  Make the staff with the D.S. short and in Page Layout 
Tool, in the Page Layout menu uncheck "Avoid Margin Collisions" and drag 
the ends of the staves in question so there will be a space between them 
and then drag the staff with the Coda up to where you want it, on the 
same level as the D.S.
