I think the more or less accepted policy in moving stuff to stable is:
A package can be moved if:
- you got some positive feedback,
- it runs for you,
- you haven't got any serious bug reports, and
- all its dependencies are already in the stable tree.
But that is just how i do it. Others might see it different.
