Thanks for the answer, this allows cantor4 to build, but I now get

Something else must be going on that is triggering these errors for you
as it's occurring across multiple packages. I don't really have an
explanation though as it involves cmake rule generation. I can point to
the macro that it's occurring in,

This is fixed after a selfupdate. (ps: you don't have to run fink with
sudo. It does that on its own when needed)

[Fink-users] Yosemite

2014-06-21 Thread PNM
Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if fink maintainers foresee any continuity problems with
Yosemite. I really hope we don't have to reinstall fink, though that has never
stopped us from sticking with fink.

Wishing everyone a wonderful summer.

It really depends on what Apple does. Ideally, we'd like not to have to
have people reinstall on an OS transition. If the changes between
Mavericks and Yosemite are somewhat modest, similar to Lion vs. Mountain
Lion, for example, then it's more likely that folks won't have to do a
clean install.

I certainly hope for that outcome. I was wondering if the answer was known now
that the developer preview of Yosemite is out.

Nothing Yosemite-specific has been added to the fink source repository
yet, so it's not known to me at any rate. :-)
