I am running OSX 10.2.3 on a 17in iMac. Fink install is good. Other
programs run fine under X11.
Just installed xmms using Fink. Install went fine. However, when I try
to play a file, I get a couple of error messages, and no audio.
The errors are:
"Couldn't open audio. Please check that 1. You have the correct output
plugin selected 2. No other programs is blocking the soundcard 3. Your
soundcard is configured properly"
"Error. You cannot use the Disk Writer plugin when you're running in
realtime mode."
BTW, before I upgraded to 10.2.3 I had a working xmms. When I upgraded,
I removed my /sw and reinstalled Fink from scratch.
Any ideas how to fix this?
