Ok: this looks like you selected xfree86 by accident instead of system-xfree86 at one of the prompts. Try installing evolution again, and make sure to select system-xfree86. okay. so i did what they recommended (force removing system-xfree86) and starting the install over again. but i think i'm going to end up where i started again. i won't know until it gets to that point though. i feel that way because it asks to pick one of the following: (1) pango1-dev: I18N text handling system convinience package (2) pango1-xft1-dev: I18N text handling system: for XFree86 (<< 4.3) (3) pango1-xft2-dev: I18N text handling system: for XFree86 (>= 4.3) so i pick the FIRST one, since i'm NOT using xfree86 from fink. i'm using apple's.
