Hi Adrian, Sorry about the installation issues. I've started using FiPy in a Docker instance where I fix all the version numbers of the dependencies as I've had many issues like this. See,
https://github.com/wd15/extremefill2D-dockerize/blob/master/Dockerfile Some of this Dockerfile has extra packages that aren't required for FiPy, but it will give you a working version of FiPy.
