I am 'happy' to see I am not the only driver developer that thinks blobs
are a pain to handle ;). For example I still don't know if stream blobs are
only request time, or also have to do with how they are stored in the
database, or put differently: can you access any blob as a stream blob, or
are there fundamental differences between blobs depending on how they are
created?
