What product are you using for Full Text Search in v3.0? I've looked at Sphinx 
and some other packages, but they all have dates back in 2009 or 2010.

Is there a reliable (free or paid) package that works with v3.0?

You are right. I've tried the same with Database Workbench 5 and it works ok.

Looks like Firebird Maestro has a bug. I've tried the same with Database 
Workbench 5 and all works as expected.
