If you are on a Yahoo group go to your "account information" and click on "Marketing preferences". I found that mine had all been changed to "yes"..so I changed them all to "no" and I think have been reciving a LITTLE less spam. As for the list, I did not recieve ANY messages from the Fjord list yesterday!
