brass rings
This message is from: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi Joel - you are brass ring ranch and I am brass ring farm. This might be the only thing we have in common as I am a warm fuzzy horse owner, and you don't strike me that way. HOWever, I think you have more to teach me than I you. Recently I have had big trouble with a 4 yr old Morgan, and I am beginning to see why I must be God and the horse must agree with that. We are still working out the details. I enjoy hearing your views on horses and your Jord stories are quite entertaining, even educational. Valerie Columbia, CT

Fred and Lois Pack Pack's Peak Stables Wilkeson, Washington 98396 http://www.geocities.com/CapeCanaveral/3158 I think there was a discussion a while ago on this list and a formula given. Does anyone have it?. At 20% of a horses weight most of these quarter horses with heavy western saddles would be over mounted. I think it had less to do with weight than structure of the legs? Kathy

RE: One letter missplelled?
This message is from: Casanova, Julie [EMAIL PROTECTED] No, it is spelled Lissie. Her original owner was from Sweden and as a young girl, she had a Fjord mare named Lissie, so when she purchased her first Fjord her in the states, she named her Lissie after her childhood Fjord. Her registered name is Maggie Lane's Brita. -Original Message- From: Peter Randall [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2003 11:07 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: One letter missplelled? Amy and our horses
This message is from: Starfirefarm [EMAIL PROTECTED] Hi Everyone, Amy was taken off the respirator last week and moved to a rehab facility . The news is good! Her progress is, and will continue to be slow, so keep those thoughts and prayers coming. For those of you who have not been checking Amy's website, here is the latest update: Update - Tuesday, 10/21/03 19:20: Amy continues to wake up a little more each day. The sparkle is returning to her eyes. She is talking a little more every day, and her smile continues to grow. The rehab therapists are seeing slight improvements daily as Amy is slowly regaining her strength. http://spot.colorado.edu/%7Ehoehn/Amy/ As for our horses, all have come back from the hospital and are recovering nicely. It's going to take several months, but so far so good. Thank you again for sending that positive energy. Beth -- Starfire Farm Beth Beymer and Sandy North http://www.starfirefarm.com
