She's a BEAUTIFUL girl Tell me more about her, price etc. I know
she's worth every penny you are asking but I couldn't give you full price. Why
are
you selling her? How many hands?
I'll tell you about myself
I am 46 years old and owning my own horse and learning to ride has been a
life long dream. The horse I have right now belongs to my friend Katie. I
can't ride him because he's too high strung but I love taking care of him. We
go
for lots of walks and he gets an apple or carrots every day. My friend Katie
works with horses and knows everything about them. She's as good as having a
vet
around and has proved herself many times. She use to work for a prominent
cutting horse trainer in Texas and I had the opportunity several times to go to
work there and learn all I could. I didn't care for the way they treated the
horses-it's a very sad business-but I learned a lot about handling, feeding,
and
treating horse injuries..I just need to learn how to ride :)
I was taking lessons but the stable I was taking lessons at put me on a
large, young, high strung Percheron, he spooked, the saddle slipped sideways,
and I fell off. My foot caught in the stirrup and it was a mess. I finished the
lesson but as the hours pasted I had more and more pain. Turned out I broke a
couple ribs and I have no desire to repeat that. Anyway...I started
researching horses and Fjords kept coming up. I need a horse that I can trust,
that
is fairly smooth gaited, because I'm a little gun shy now. It wouldn't matter
what they looked like.I just want a horse I can trust that would also be
my "baby." I have 4 cats (Pud, Puck, Pooder and Max) and 1 dog-Pretty boy
Floyd. Everyone here is spoiled and that's whatever horse I get will be too.
If you have anymore questions just ask away. Maybe we could work out a
deal.
