My name is Linda Walker and I am a professional equine photographer and
videographer. At the 2003 Midwest Horsefair I filmed both Fjord presentations
and also took portrait shots for a few members of the group. A professional
video is being produced as of this posting.

This video is near completion and it will be for sale within the next two
weeks. If anyone is interested, the cost will be $20 (VHS) plus $7.00 for
shipping and handling. The Fjord group did a wonderful job during their
presentations and you won't want to miss this professional video of their time
in "the spotlight"!!

You may contact me by email if you wish to place an order, or you can call me
at (920) 337-0628.

Thank you,

Linda Walker

Thanks everyone

I thank all of you who have replied to my request for horse transportation. I
have secured a transporter who will be picking my horse up the earlier part of
next week. Hope the weather holds out.

Have a great day!!!

I bought my first Fjord almost two weeks ago. Her name is Phelisia (her barn
name is Ellie) and she is seven years old. I've now seen two videos of her
and she has gaits to die for!!! The transportation arrangements have been
made and she is leaving Weedsport, New York on Feb. 17 and will arrive in
Green Bay, WI on the 19th. Her stall is ready, the tack is hung and she will
have many visitors in the weeks to come.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank a very special person who has
been instrumental in helping me find my "dream" fjord. Patti Jo Walters of
Francis Creek Fjords in Two Rivers, WI has shared her expertise and love of
the Fjord breed with me. You have been a tremendous help!! So, on behalf of
Ellie and myself, we thank you and we look forward to riding with you in the
near future.

Until next time,

Linda Walker

Fjord Wanted

Hi Everyone:

Just a few short weeks ago I posted a message on the Fjord Digest board which
pertained to a request that I was looking to buy a Fjord. As of this posting,
I have yet to find a Fjord which best suits my needs, so thought I would try
posting again.

What I would like is a well broke gelding to be used for trail riding and
basic dressage. The size should be 13.3 to 14 hands as I'm a smaller older
adult.

If you or any one you know has such a Fjord for sale please contact me at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or phone (920) 337-0628.

I welcome all inquiries.

Thank you,
Linda Walker

Mares seasonal behavior

I am interested in buying a Fjord and I feel that my preference would be a
gelding, however, I've been reading some materials on the Fjord horse and it
seems that many Fjord owners say that their mares attitudes do not change when
they are in heat.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject?

Linda
