I have been training a wonderful gelding named Elvis :-) for owner Roni
Hale for the past two months. She has come to the conclusion that he
should go to someone who will give him a job and develop his full
potential. She may consider a trade for an older, rock solid trail horse.

Elvis is a tall guy (maybe 14h3, one day I'll get hold of a stick and
measure him). He is definitely an above average mover and is pretty lively
for a fjord - but not difficult to control. Nice straight legs and well
proportioned overall, good neck that thins off just right by the
throatlatch so that going on the bit is fairly easy for him. I think he
would be super for a serious dressage rider. After only a few sessions
under saddle he already cantered left and right lead several rounds around
the arena, in good balance. He also does nice flying changes when running
and playing. Not all fjords do that as easily. His trot is powerful and
metronome steady.

He has been on the trail in company (not alone so far) and enjoyed that a
lot. Other than that he is a typical fjord - friendly, cuddly, playful,
smart, barn favorite etc.

Asking price $5,000. Elvis is under registration. His sire is OTTAR 388-B
and his dam is ARLA 2218-B. Please email me or call me for additional
information at (206) 245 4189.
