Hi Fellow Fjordlovers,
It's a pleasure to be a new member of the Fjord Digest. I was unaware that
such a group
existed until just this week. Your e-mails are certainly very enjoyable and
informative.
You will all be happy to hear that I have the Fjord gelding here on Green
Meadow Farm
who was to be shipped off to a supposed rescue league (Crossed Sabers). He's
happy,
healthy and turned out with his mother and our other Fjords. The best news
is that he now
belongs to me and will never have to face that fate again! He's been in
training on Green
Meadow all last season and is ready for long lining and ground driving this
Spring. He will
probably be offered for sale eventually, but I would like to have him under
saddle first. If
anyone is interested in him and has the ability to finish him themselves, I
would love hearing
from you.
