I am sorry to hear you could not keep your Fjords. I just got my first Fjord
Saturday. He is a 3 yr. old gelding and he is wonderful. I can imagine how
difficult it was for you to let yours go.
I may be interested in the all purpose saddle. Do you have a picture or can
you direct me to a site that illustrates the saddle. I am looking for a 17 1/2
broadback saddle. What color is the leather?

Because of continuing back and eye problems I just couldn't manage the work
caring for them any longer.
It has been a difficult time making the decision and following through and
actually loading them on the transport and
sending them. I still find myself in tears when I write or talk about them.
It is hard to get older and find there are things

I have some items for sale, I have 2 - 51/2 inch mullen mouth driving bits
for sale, they are the 2 hole rather than 3.
$30 each and I will pay the cost of shipping. I also have an Ortho-Flex,
Patriot saddle that was used on the Fjords it has an 18 inch seat.
I would like $1000 and I will pay the postage. The web site for Ortho-Flex

Very comfortable saddle and also light weight.
Also a Thorowgood, Broadback, All Purpose English saddle, 171/2 inch seat,
synthetic, also used for the Fjords for $350
again I will pay the shipping.
Fjords will always remain my favorite breed and I will stay a member of the
NFHR, but shortly I will sign off from the Fjord line it is
just too painful to read about all the fun you are having with your
Fjordies.
