All forms and money need to be in to me by Feb. 8th. If you are planning on coming and have not yet sent me your information, could you please e-mail or call me with the number of people coming. I have to have a total head count into the hotel for the meals by this Friday and I don't want to get charged for more than we need or not have enough food for everyone.
