A Barn Owl will not eat your Yorkie or your cats. A Great Horned Owl would.
Different raptors have different personalities just like different horses,
humans, etc. Different raptors also have different hunting techniques and
capabilities.

I have moles, voles, gophers, pocket gophers or whatever they have up here
in Northern Idaho. I am afraid to keep cats, tell my Yorkie BAD BIRD BAD
BIRD when I see a hawk. Seems like the owls would eat my yorkie also. Is
that true?
