Thanks to Jean and Holly, for the two listings to check!  I've  ear marked 
them - spring is only 5 months away (target month is end April)  regarding 
ready 
funds!!;-)
 
Colleen - if you posted the for sale for me - thanks, much!  But I am  not 
ready to buy till spring (which is when I'll the $$$ ready;-)  Mucha
