  OH how sorry we are for you and yours.  Reading the note brings back what 
we went thru in December with our much loved stallion, Bjorn-Knutson. 
Everything short of the surgery is the same. Our prayers go your way at this 
time. Also to all that lost a Fjord, it hurts.   The Evers

I'm so sorry doesn't even cut it.  But I am what a sadness.  You did the 
best you could for the mare you loved, and I'm sure she knew it.  My prayers 
are with you now, cause I know how hard it is to lose such a good friend. :(
