Hello,
By any chance is anyone ordering anything from the Fjord-Fan-Shop in
Germany? I got one of the fancy calendars they sell a few years ago and it
was really beautiful. I went to their website
(http://www.fjord-fan-shop.de) and saw they have a new one for 2005, for
19.90 Euros. I don't speak German, and am hesitant to try to translate the

a combined order. Any volunteers?

Hi,

It was I who had the Fjord calendars made last year. This is something that
I usually do each year for family and friends. Since everyone enjoyed them
so much, I offered them to anyone who was interested.

I will be going to the printer shortly to place the order. They are really
nice calendars with the large picture on top, spiral center, and month
displayed on the bottom with the big boxes to write in. They're kind of
expensive to have made, but they make nice gifts.

If you would like one, please let me know ASAP. They'll run $20 each which
will include shipping.

Please send checks to:

Hi Marg,

Thank you for the kind words.

Regarding the Fjord calendars - I received so many requests for them that I
had to reorder twice! The last time, I ordered 5 extras just for in case
purposes. Next year I will start earlier taking orders! This just kind of
took me by surprise since, as I mentioned earlier, I have these calendars
made each Christmas for friends and family, but they are spendy to have made
so never thought of offering them to anyone else!

It looks as though I would have one left for you provided everyone who has
ordered one still wants them. I am not sure what the difference in postage
will be to Can. I will have to check on that and can let you know about that
privately.

Linda Kerr, could you contact me privately, please? I tried to email you,
but it came back to me. Don't know if, perhaps, I did not get your email
address correct?

I will be sending the calendars out tomorrow to those folks who have sent
their checks.

Thanx!

Gayle,
Put me down for one. I'm putting a check in the mail today, but you're about
four days snail mail from me so I wanted you to know I was "raising my hand"
here!!

As to manes...Duster has a thick mane with a fairly substantial black stripe,
that seems to grow quickly. I trim every 3 weeks, however this year a
definite "grow line" developed on the white. Literally I can cut along that
line to get a perfect trim. I roach after the first snow and leave it for
the winter so the crest doesn't break.

Hi there,
It's been a while since we corresponded. I apologize for that. We still
love you if that's any consolation : ), Just read your mail about the
calendars, and had a couple of questions. First, are the pictures of your
horses, other people's horses, etc.? Not that it would make any difference to
us, as Brigid 'n I recall the one in your office, and we both liked it very
much. Also, what do you think the "bottom line" in the price will be. Let us
know ASAP, and we will send you our reply. Say hi to Pat for me. I was in Mc
Minnville last week, and was busy doing karate stuff. there's going to be a
tournament in Lincoln City Or. on Sat. Feb. 2,2003 at the Chinook wind
