What I do is just install the plug-in, then launch the plugin  
switcher. It will automatically grab the new version from both IE and  
Mozilla/Firefox and copy them into a local folder. Quit, install the  
next plugin, then re-launch. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I'm using FlashPluginSwitcher. I think when they wrote the readme file
