[flexcoders] CFC to AS3 Class Mapping
I was having a great deal of difficultly getting my CFC classes to map properly to my AS3 classes. I found a few posts here that dealt with the issue but nothing seemed to work properly. I discovered one key thing that made it all work. In the AS3 class file I needed two Remote Class mappings and they had to be in the correct order. [RemoteClass(alias="cftest.com.uservo")] [RemoteClass(alias="cftest.com.UserVO")] The all lower case one had to be first, the camel case one second. Once I did that everything worked perfectly. I have come across a few snippets here and there in my searching that mentioned this problem, a few mentioned it was a problem with CF that should be fixed. Does anyone know if this problem has been resolved yet? I am running version 7,0,2,142559 of CF. Hmmm. I've never had a problem with matching them up, but maybe I'm doing something differently. Do you have the alias value declared in your CFC as well as the AS class? [RemoteClass(alias="discrepancyBean")] + Sorry, if that's no help, but it's the only think I can think of.
