As long as you are not using any AIR only classes (File for example), it should be as straightforward as changing the Application tag... Gk. AIR to Flex is just like Flex + additional OS related API's. Therefore you can technically create a Flex project, and grab in all the assets from the AIR application. The tricky part would be the manual steps to eliminate the calls to AIR specific code.
