Not out of the box. But, you could extend Legend and assign a custom LegendItem to legendItemClass. LegendItem is a UIComponent, so it would be easy to extend and add mouse event listeners/handlers. In the custom LegendItem, you could use the legendData and/or element vars, to drive the drill-down. Haven't done this myself, but sounds like fun. :)
