Opening a window without the title and menu is not something which should affect the coding, and your designer shouldn't need the actual window to design a window with next to no chrome on it. I think that you should just keep inside the regular template until you're further along in the process. Opening a window without the title and menu is not something which should affect the coding, and your designer shouldn't need the actual window to design a window with next to no chrome on it.
