[flexcoders] getting error when running Flex1.5 on Dev env.

Can anyone explain why I’m getting this error message when running flex app. on our WSAD App Server even after changing this variable to true.   “An error occurred because there is no graphics environment available. Please set the headless-server setting in the configuration file to true.”   Though it works fine on my local env. w/o changing anything   Any help will be appreciated.
