RE: [flexcoders] Flex 2.0 and Flash 8
We havent publicly distributed the 8.5 players on macromedia.com because its in Beta, and wont until we go final. If you want customers to look theyll need to install the Player themselves manually. And yes, Player installs generally require admin rights I believe. Larger enterprises tend to push the Player out themselves. RE: [flexcoders] Flex 2.0 and Flash 8
if flex2.0 supports or recommed flash player 8.5, then we should use the same recommended versions, unless some features will not be working, or some tags of mxml will be depreciated in the older versions-ashish grover On Fri, Feb 24, 2006 at 7:31 AM, Stephane B. wrote:Is there any way to get an application developed using Flex Builder 2.0 to be viewable with version 8 (not 8.5) of the player? -- Flexcoders Mailing List FAQ: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/flexcoders/files/flexcodersFAQ.txtSearch Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexcoders%40yahoogroups.comSPONSORED LINKS Web site design development http://groups.yahoo.com/gads?t=msk=Web+site+design+developmentw1=Web+site+design+developmentw2=Computer+software+developmentw3=Software+design+and+developmentw4=Macromedia+flexw5=Software+development+best+practicec=5s=166.sig=L-4QTvxB_quFDtMyhrQaHQ Computer software development http://groups.yahoo.com/gads?t=msk=Computer+software+developmentw1=Web+site+design+developmentw2=Computer+software+developmentw3=Software+design+and+developmentw4=Macromedia+flexw5=Software+development+best+practicec=5s=166.sig=lvQjSRfQDfWudJSe1lLjHw Software design and development http://groups.yahoo.com/gads?t=msk=Software+design+and+developmentw1=Web+site+design+developmentw2=Computer+software+developmentw3=Software+design+and+developmentw4=Macromedia+flexw5=Software+development+best+practicec=5s=166.sig=1pMBCdo3DsJbuU9AEmO1oQ Macromedia flex http://groups.yahoo.com/gads?t=msk=Macromedia+flexw1=Web+site+design+developmentw2=Computer+software+developmentw3=Software+design+and+developmentw4=Macromedia+flexw5=Software+development+best+practicec=5s=166.sig=OO6nPIrz7_EpZI36cYzBjw Software development best practice http://groups.yahoo.com/gads?t=msk=Software+development+best+practicew1=Web+site+design+developmentw2=Computer+software+developmentw3=Software+design+and+developmentw4=Macromedia+flexw5=Software+development+best+practicec=5s=166.sig=f89quyyulIDsnABLD6IXIw ___YAHOO!
