Subject: [Flexradio] For Sale: Make your Flex 3000, 5000 work on the BC band

I have an extra 880KHz elliptical low pass filter by Clifton Laboratories
that will allow the Flex 3000, and 5000 work through the Broadcast band down

to about 400 KHz without the birdies and mixing products that make the radio

otherwise unuseable. Switch this filter in at about 1000 KHz and get
outstanding performance across the whole BC band and lower.

$60 shipped to the lower 48

Re: [Flexradio] response

2015-02-09 Thread Larry da Ponte
The new web forum, when you ask a question it will search the archives looking
for similar posts to reduce the number of times a questioned is answered. You
can skip this step and just submit your question.  Most of the content on the
web forum is for the 6000, I'm not sure why there is not more conversation
about the 5000/3000 but I do see a few questions on the 1500.  People have been
responsive and the flex staff posts there too.

Well FolksI tried the forum like some have suggested. I was reading for about
15 min when I realized those posts I read were in 2008. I find it much to
tedious and time consuming to find an answer to any question. On this e-mail
I ask a question and Boom I have the answer. I think I will stick to this
email.Thanks Again
