I got it working, all I had to do was reinstall windows 8, then install
powerSDR, then upgrade to windows 10.

I hadn't done much, so it wasn't a big problem.

Trying to understand the problem description. The Mic jack is an audio input 
with PTT. There will be no transmit power or audio coming out of that Jack. 

There is a stereo jack on the back meant to drive amplified speakers, and there 
is a BNC on the back for RF output.

[Flexradio] New Release of Flex 6300 will not install on the radio (1.7.30)

This new version will not upload to my Flex 6300. I get a message to the
effect that the software is incompatible with the radio. This happened with
the last release as well. Win10 and up to date. I can still open the radio
using the release 1.6.17.74 (at least that is the HW version on the flex).

 

Any ideas would be welcome.
