[Flexradio] VAC Solved for Flex 1500
Thanks to all who previously responded to my earlier VAC receive concerns. Today, I downloaded the trial 4.14 version and also changed the Flex settings to MME rather than WDM-KS and the VAC setting to cable format rather than cable range. Seems to work much better regardless what sample rate setting I have on the Flex. DM780 says my soundcard rx sample rate is 8K, But I have the Flex set to 48K. Tnx to all the replies. I definitely see almost perfect copy with VB- Audio Cable. I've only downloaded one cable for now to experiment with. [Flexradio] Vac Question
Has anyone had any receive issues with the VAC trial version. I realize the tx interjects a :"trial" in the transmission. Being unfamiliar with PSK 31, and I know that is is not an error free mode, yet I would think I would get a more error-free receive. I belief my Flex 1500 and VAC settings are correct. [Flexradio] internal keyer locking up
Has anyone had a problem with the internal keyer locking up. Using PWR SDR 2.7.2 and Flex 1500 - At times, the keyer becomes stuck in dits or dahs until the program is restarted again. [Flexradio] Proper Pwr Down for 1500
I noticed that a proper sequence for powering down the Flex 1500 was recommended. I understand why. However, what happens if you lose power like in a sudden power outage, glitch?
