[Flexradio] 2nd Receiver Unkey Pop
I get a pop on the 2nd receiver audio when unkeying in ssb. This happens on all versions of Powersdr. Only way to stop it , is to mute or turn volume all the way down. Tried everything i could tweak. Sorry about my comment, Narrow viepoint. Now i see the big picture. Also , should have added , that this version VS2008 SVN: 3033 , is the most stable one that i have used. It uses less cpu and lower buffers. Very stable on Windows Vista and Windows 7, With Windows 7 being better. I am using a very old computer. Surprised that Blue was chosen for the Flex-3000 Black or Silver might go better with most laptops & lcd monitors. Maybe we could have a color option ? When installing Edirol FA-66 make sure all firewire devices are disconnected. Then install driver and reconnect the sound card. I use Edirol driver 1.0.0 Did have problems running the SDR on USB. I have the Windows Vista RC2 32 bit operating system, seems to be ok so far. I have the SDR-1000 running on it with the Edirol sound card. Also used the Presonus Firebox sound card ok. I would like to hook up anouther receiver to my SDR-1000 station. Would the unused low power output jack be a good place to do it? Thinking about a 12v antenna relay that would open on transmit. I am getting reports that my transmit audio has changed between ver 1.4.4 and 1,4.5 beta 1 ? They say that my audio has more bass now and not as good. I am using default settings for both versions. Hope for help. I have a Delta 44 audio card. When i transmit on sideband the audio comes out on the receive audio line. I have my receive speaker or headphone hooked up straight to the Delta 44.
