2010-06-23 Thread Jan Egholm
Hi George,

Have same problem here, special on low bands and very bad at times on 10 and
6m.
I have a uploaded a recording of 80m to youtube here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ijy81tMxqp4
You can se it very easy if you use the Panafall and scroll the band up or
down
Have had this problem from very old versions and it's still on ver 2.0

Only solution I found is to restart powersdr, and at times I allso need to
restart the Flex.

There was no "Wow!" effect, as I've been using SVN versions for months.

2.0 is running fine here on an old AMD 64 X2 3800+ with 2GB RAM (I had
3GB before, but when I tried to reboot after installing 2.0 I found --
it took a while -- that one of my 512MB RAM modules had died, so I had
to take out its "mate" as well) and Win7Pro, which seems faster than XP.

I have the RX2 board, so CPU utilization runs about 30% and more. DPCs
under 200, and no garbled audio so far.

2010-05-27 Thread Edwin Marzan

Hello Carl,

I believe I mentioned this feature in a previous post. Currently PowerSDR is
not able to collapse the surrounding buttons and display only the Panadaptor.
If you want to see an example of this feature in action download PowerSDR-IF
Stage which is a special version created for the LP-Pan Panadaptor. You may be
able to download from the TelepostInc website. This version will not work with
Flex products but you can get an idea of how it works.

On my SDR1K, the install seemed to go ok. FFTWisdom ran ok. Get the
following error when starting PowerSDR.

Running WinXP SP3 on Intel Quad machine.

Older versions of PowerSDR e.g. 1.16.1 (non-skins) run fine as do newer
such as 1.19.3 for HPSDR h/w (with skins)

Let me know if I should file a bug report for this.
