After some suitable clowning around with the new rig, I cracked the Burundi DXpedition on 40 meters just now (still using the HF2V).
An all time new one for me. The new amplifier hookup/setup helped even though I wasn't running a full KW or anything of the sort. More like 150 watts maybe. But, the new features are already counting for something. We'll see if I can win on 80 next.
