Have aproblem hope someone can help?

Turn on flex 1500
start sdr software v 2.22
start ddutil
start vspmgr
get following message
"VSP Manage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any 
inconvenince.

What data reported #1 kearnal32.dll, #2 ntdll.dll are the two main failures

Running xp pro sp2 , sp3 will not work system crashes.

Norse Gate?  Is that a Viking thing? :-)  (sorry, I couldn't resist)

It should only be on if you need the function of a noise gate or a Downward 
expander.  I use the DE all the time to improve the apparent  dynamic range of 
my transmitted audio.   See the following.
