I just downloaded the latest KE9NS version T7. The latest feature is the ability to use the RX2 meter for looking at ALC, EQ, etc. values while using RX1 meter for something else like forward power. This allows those without an RX2 option to use the RX2 meter, and also for Flex 1500 and Flex 3000 owners to do the same. This is a really useful feature added.
The more recent installs are self extracting, and install automatically. They add a new desktop Icon, and leave the original icon alone. This way you can run the stock Flex 2.7.2 or the enhanced version with all the mods Darrin has added. The original database file is left untouched. Going back to the original program is like, "gosh, I used to use that?" :-) To see all the new stuff, you have to expand the display, so a large monitor is handy. Also these changes require .NET 4.5.2 for Windows added, so Windows 7 and higher are required (no XP).
