Hello Bob You are right about recruting newcomers via SDR. I did it the following way. I bought quit a few of Tony's Softrock Kits and gave them away as Xmas gift to potential SDR youngsters. The echo, like Whooo I receiveed after their first trail on a SDR reception, payed back for the cost I had in purchasing the kits.
