Bill,

You get a kind of stereo impression with BIN enabled when receiving AM
with

USB, LSB or DSB mode. However you have to tune carefully to zero beat to
suppress the carrier in order to avoid a beat note.

Seems that the MON button works on SSB but not on AM. It would be very
useful to have it active in AM.

It will be in the same folder as powersdr.exe. This will be either ..
\bin\debug or .\.bin\release depending on how you compiled. I always
use debug and never to a complete release.

Hi Rich:
Can you tell me where to look for the sdr1000 mdb database in the source

The 7071/7073 'mystery' signal recording is at hamsdr in the AGCideas
folders. 66 MB unzipped.

Richard,

I should have known better than to make even a simple code change, and
not test it. The code was correctly limiting the upload length to 40MB,
but the server was limiting it to approx. 16MB. That has been corrected
- although I still haven't attempted to upload a 40 MB file because it
takes a while with my lousy bandwidth. I will try it though.

So, please try uploading your file again when you have a chance, and let
me know if it worked.

Thanks!

Folks,

The maximum filesize limit for uploads, has been increased from 10 MB to
40 MB.

When uploading .wav and other media files, please consider compressing
them first with a 'zip' utility. This will typically reduce a .wav
file's size by about 30%. More importantly though, it will present the
file as a 'compressed' file and NOT as a media file. Transfer problems
may occur wh

Hi Robert,

Your plate is full. Like I said you take it easy and drive safely.

Just a note of interest. The Gates Vanguard is the only transmitter of it's
kind. I found out the other day the Vanguard 1 is the same transmitter but
it is in a regular 6 foot rack. Interesting! SO if you find yourself
pondering a Vanguard and want the small one like mine, Don't Pick the
Vanguard 1. Talk to you soon. Over and far out.
