Don, I think that you covered up the Window that says where the recording was stored in, you have to say OK to it, you were tuning, so it went behind the PowerSDR console, as long as that splash window was setting there with the OK on it, you would not be able to tune the radio.. This is so that it doesn't suddenly jump frequency as you finish recording, which might leave you wondering where you were..
