They are very aware of the desire for PSDR 2.0, the Flex 1500, and the V/U module for the Flex 5000. Everyone was working late to resolve the issues. Even Eric, who is supposed to be home with the new baby, was working on PSDR 2.0 bugs. Flex wants to get this out just as much as you want to receive it. They are going to make it available when it is ready. Look at it this way: do you want them to ship with bugs or hardware that might not work correctly? Here is another way to look at it: Flex *wants* to ship so they can bill for them. Flex can't make money on the Flex 1500 or V/U modules for which they have orders until they can ship. They are very strongly motivated to get things fixed so they CAN ship. So they are not holding back because they are lazy or because they don't care.
