I just installed PowerSDR v.2.7.2 and it seems to be running fine with my 1500. PowerSDR-DataTransfer seems to have worked fine once I managed to get it installed.
I had a problem with the 2.7.2 integrated installer as it didn’t install PowerSDR-DataTransfer on my Windows 8.1 system. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to grab the error dialog that came up. PowerSDR itself installed fine. I had to go back to the earlier email from Flex regarding the update to PowerSDR-Data transfer and download the installer for it separately. This was from : http://support.flex-radio.com/Downloads.aspx?id=435 Once I ran the PowerSDR-DataTransfer installer the utility installed and worked fine. I am not sure if anyone else using Windows 8.1 has seen this problem? My WIN 8.1 system is pretty clean as it is a very new machine and is really only used to run PowerSDR. I wish I would have grabbed a screen shot when the error dialog came up on the initial install.
