Ross,
The output power is scaled using the Drive control (called PWR in the past).
You should be able to use this control to scale the output power to a
reasonable setting for your transverter.

Subject: [Flexradio] QRP operation
I am looking hard at using my SDR1000 for EME operation at 70cm.
I intend to use the qrp input/output to drive and receive data from a
transverter.
My question may have been answered before, in which case I apologise now.
Can the TX output from the SDR be reduced readily from the nominal 1watt
mentioned in the specifications
I want to avoid overdriving the transverter, which needs a very low tx
input.
Or do I just turn the audio input down!
Regards
Ross
