Yes, it you use something like IP Sound or Skype via VAC channels for audio input and output. This is covered in the Knowledge Base (KB). Yes, you can get audio sent in both directions, but you need to do some things to make that happen. Some use Skype for the audio. You will need to buy the VAC (Virtual audio cable) program (worth the low price).
