I am thinking about writing a program to create IF wave files to inject into
the software via the wave player. (Perhaps you already have this.) Something
to generate gaussian noise with a sine wave signal just to start... it's
been 20 years since my signal processing classes and this would be a good
way to get back into it.

If you only have one radio, a set of standard IF wave files might be useful.
Then perhaps there could be a full set of NUnit tests for regression
testing. This is a .net application after all and is perfect for NUnit.

Somewhere down the line, it might be possible to run two SDRs back to back
with a script to verify that a new software release hasn't broken
something.
