The crashing issue on startup related to the Var filter setting has been

support.flex-radio.com.  Posting the whole stack trace (not the
library/dependency list) will help us arrive at the issue more quickly.

[Flexradio] release 16 Fatal error

I received a fatal error when starting the new console.

I had been using a user defined filter in the USB mode. When starting the 
console up again I received the following error message:

Fatal error

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

at PowerSDR.Console.SetFilter(Filter new_filter)
at PowerSDR.Console.radFilterVar1_CheckedChanged(Object sender, 
EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.RadioButton.OnCheckedChanged(EventArgs e)
etc
