They are located at:

%PROGRAMDATA%\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR\Skins

%PROGRAMDATA% is a path environment variable that points to a different
folder location depending on the version of Windows you are using.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users - Win XP
C:\ProgramData - Vista, Win7 & Win8

I'd like to see a "skin" for the Power SDR, even pay for it, that has
the feeling of a Collins or National receiver. Something like black
wrinkle panel, plastic looking buttons, plastic frame around the
panadaptor and something like the logo script and badge on an HRO 60
or something. Oh, and screw heads poking through. On the wild side,
how about a window that can be selected to appear automatically on TX
with a glowing final amp tube that pulsates and glows with the
modulation. (Black plates fading to orange, filaments lit and a
little blue corona maybe.) Put that on your 32" LCD monitor and
enjoy. Anyone else have ideas? Retroanchor.

I did find the high contrast between the background and the buttons hard on
the eyes after prolonged use. What I'm wondering is can we still use the
old legacy color scheme from the 1.x.x version in the 2.x.x upgrades?
