There isn't. There are several varieties of Linux consoles. Quad RX has
been around in G3UKB's Python version for well over a year, though, I
think.

Re: [Flexradio] spam: Sub RX

2006-09-20 Thread Robert McGwier
Phil's SDRconsole was the first to support split receivers for
Windows. The differences in this implementation is it makes use of the
DttSP facility which has been in the dsp code since the official 1.0
release including panning control. The second receiver is under VFO-B
control that is identical to VFO-A, and the second receiver passband is
displayed on the GUI in a very usable fashion. If you switch VFO-A
frequency, VFO-B and the sub RX continue to stay on the correct
frequency (up to size of your IF, determined by the sample rate).

Frank and I are ecstatic that the facility which has been in the dsp
code for a loonnnggg time, including the support for panning, is
supported in a usable fashion on PowerSDR 1.X.

Thank you Eric.

The Sub RX is implemented. My part in this was huge. Eric asked me a
single question and then did all of the work.:-)

It is spectacular. Frank's work on the panning from left ear to right
ear, etc. is working perfectly. SVN 683
