[Flexradio] w2rf branch update

The w2rf/rx2 branch has been updated to work with the new firmware. All
changes to the test branch have been merged to date. In addition, the
following features are supported:

SpaceNav support

DisableUIGreyout

RX2 direct I/Q output to VAC

Improved CW, especially with RX2 on

[Flexradio] w2rf branch update

Greetings Flexers,

The w2rf/rx2/bin/release branch has been updated to include all
changes through 1.12.1. Features still exclusively supported in the
w2rf branch are:

CW DSP improvements
Disable UI greyout
VAC output for RX2
Space Navigator support

[Flexradio] W2RF branch update

The w2rf SVN branch now contains all mods from the test branch, the 
k5kdn RTTY mods, plus the SpaceNavigator and DirectI/QtoVAC test 
features.
